By registering for the 2026 Alpha Summer Shred (the "Challenge"), you agree to the following terms, waivers, and release of liability.

1. Challenge Overview and Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this waiver.

Registration is free of charge and must be completed through the alphasummershred.com webform.

Prize Eligibility: To qualify for the $1,000 (1st Place) or $500 (2nd Place) In-Clinic Credit prizes, participants must complete an initial "Scan-In" (March 14–18) and a final "Scan-Out" (May 20–22). Winners are determined by Muscle Gain % and Body Fat % Loss.

2. Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

Participants are encouraged to participate in the 2026 Alpha Summer Shred safely. As with any weight loss and/or physical activity program, there are risks, including but not limited to increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries.

In volunteering to participate, you agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions, eating disorder, or disability that would prohibit a weight loss and/or physical activity program. You agree, on behalf of yourself, your assigns, executors, and heirs, to release and hold harmless the organizer(s), support organizations, support personnel, or support services from any and all liability, damage, or claim of any nature whatsoever arising out of participation in this program. You understand the organizer(s) and support services will not provide any accident or medical insurance.

3. Health Waiver

A physician’s examination is recommended for all participants with any weight loss and/or physical activity restrictions, heart problems, high blood pressure, chest pain, dizziness, relevant surgeries, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, arthritis, history of eating disorder, or significant injury to any part of the body.

If for any reason you are unable or unwilling to engage in these weight loss and/or physical activities, you can withdraw at any time. You should stop participating immediately if you develop chest pain, or pain in the shoulder, neck, arm or back, or if you experience dizziness or injury. By agreeing to these terms, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being and acknowledge that no responsibility is assumed by the organizer(s) or support personnel.

4. Photograph Consent and Release

When you give permission to use photographs taken of you, those can be used in any print or broadcast media including, but not limited to, newspapers, pamphlets, educational films, internet, and television, in order to inform the public about Alpha Male Clinic/Wellness methods.

You release and discharge Alpha Male Clinic/Wellness, its employees, and all parties acting under their authority from any and all claims relating to such use and publication, including any claim for payment. This consent is subject to the condition that you are not identified by name at any time during publication. You acknowledge that photographs may be taken by staff to document your participation and progress in the 2026 Alpha Summer Shred.

5. Communication Consent

You give the Alpha Male Clinic staff permission to contact you via SMS text to discuss your participation and progress in the 2026 Alpha Summer Shred Program. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Finisher Rewards and Swag

The "Limited Edition Alpha Patch" is a completion reward earned only by participants who complete both the initial and final InBody scans.
